When I retired I started volunteering at Computer Pals Northern Beaches, helping older folks one-on-one. That's where The Calm Tech began — because so often the problem wasn't the person, it was being rushed, talked down to, or left with a fix they couldn't repeat. So I built something different: patient, in-home help, at your pace, with everything written down.
