For family

Arranging help for a parent or relative

If you've landed here, you're probably the one who sorts things out โ€” and you've realised mum or dad needs a patient hand with their tech that you can't always give them yourself.

I do this every week. I come to their home, on their schedule, and work through whatever's getting in the way: a new iPad, Wi-Fi that drops out, photos they're frightened of losing, a scam email that gave them a fright, or just feeling more confident day to day. I go at their pace, I never make them feel foolish, and I leave everything written down so they can manage on their own.

You're welcome to be involved as much or as little as suits. Some families join the first chat; others just want to know it's handled by someone they'd trust in their parent's home. Either way, we start with a free 15-minute call โ€” you can arrange it, and we'll work out together what would actually help.

Fixed prices, no hourly meter, and Seniors Card holders save 10%.

A thoughtful gift, too

If you'd like to give the gift of patient help, you can gift a lesson โ€” a single session or a confidence pack. I'll send a gift card, and they book when they're ready.
